Silas Burkey is a student at Mercer Island High School. He is a member of Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA), an organization for student-entrepreneurs interested in pursuing a career in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management. Silas joined The Mary E. Groff Charitable Trust Advisory Board in September of 2021 as Student-Advisor/K-12 Education. Silas enjoys fishing, hiking, skiing, cooking, and spending time with family.
