The Mary E. Groff Charitable Trust was established in 1993 by Mary E. Groff, an attorney and philanthropist, to honor her late brother, the neurosurgeon Robert A. Groff, and his many contributions to the field of medicine.  


The Mary E. Groff Charitable Trust is a 501(c)(3) private grant-making foundation committed to supporting medical science, research, and educational endeavors through strategic partnerships and individual grants.  


The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees and guided by a Scientific Advisory Board.
