The Mary E. Groff Charitable Trust was established in 1993 by Mary E. Groff, an attorney and philanthropist, to honor her late brother, the neurosurgeon Robert A. Groff, and his many contributions to the field of medicine.
The Trust is a 501(c)(3) private grant-making foundation committed to supporting medical science, research and education through scholarships, endowments, strategic partnerships, individualized grants, community outreach, and sponsorships.
The Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees, and guided by a Scientific Advisory Board and a Student Advisory Board.
The Mary E. Groff Charitable Trust is grateful for the fiduciary services provided by the Endowment and Foundation Management Team at the independently operated Glenmede Trust Company.
